| don't give up! keep trying, there are so many alternatives today. Self care always first. With diagnosis comes better self understanding. therapy and meds, working to find "work arounds" and self accommodations help so much. Good that you are looking for answers. Cheering you on. |

| Isn't it amazing how we don't see it even when we live it every day? What a relief to find the answer to so many painful "whys" of the past. Diagnosed at age 68 and things have got continually better from there. Glad you found us! |
