Sometimes I do feel guilty for being in a relationship and I feel I have to apologise to some men online for not being free for them. You should never feel guilty about that. You can only be in one relationship at a time. Well, I suppose you could be in more than one, but it's not a brilliant idea. |

I'm starting to change my tune now. The only thing I hate about autism is the fact that I was diagnosed in childhood. I just know things would have been different if I hadn't of been. But that's just personally speaking, I'm not speaking for anyone else. Just in my circumstances in my experience I ... |

I don't think its a daft question. I think this is tricky territory. If I didn't know anything about this person, I'd say objectively based on what you've told us that yes, she's giving you a lot of very blatant signals that she's interested in you romantically. It's really hard to read a situation... |

That's what I meant, really. |

Thank you.
Are you saying that it's not a no-brainer and that I should have questions about this? |

Isn’t she too old for you?
I'm of the opinion that age is usually just a number.
She is also WAY out of my league.
I'm no hunk, believe me. |

Depends on her 'unspoken' words towards you before, during, and after she said it. On the surface I would think she has some sort of feelings towards you and said that to see your verbal and/or nonverbal response. If she had no feelings towards you I would assume she wouldn't have shared that with ... |

OK. Thanks for your thoughts. |

I don't think the dream indicates much on it's own, but the fact that she told you about it might. That she thinks of me in that way? She might. At the very least it might be worth asking her if she does. She told me afterwards, "If the thought ever entered your mind, you know my response." |

35-year-old autistic male here. Quite recently a very good friend of mine (57-year-old NT female) told me that she had a dream in which I asked her to marry me and she accepted. Would you all call this definite, irrefutable proof that she likes me in that way? No, dreams are complete nonsense that ... |
