Felt like talking about how I cry everyday thinking that I'll stay alone for the rest of my life. That's my anxiety trigger, every damn time I hear people talking about it I get anxious immediately. I'm on meds. It's not like I hate meds or anything, but the fact that I have to be on them in the fi...

I can relate to your story. Same words that I told my psychiatrist. (Didn't get an IQ test though.) She put on risperdale btw. I used to be the type of kid that dreams about solving puzzles. I had this game once, god of war. Between all the kids that were playing the game I was the only to solve th...

In my case, it was a disaster. I got all the extrapyramidal side effects, my whole body felt like I had to conciously control every muscle to even walk. My mind was foggy and tired. My body was weak and out of control. I couldn't do any of the things I normally do to cope with life. The anxiety and...

For example, my doctor told me I didn't speak a lot because I was shy (and that is true, i was shy) but that autistic people can't even take in the people around them so they seem ...

sorry latency, I didn't see your OP. Somehow I thought tim tex was the OP. I did use Risperidone (not made by J&J) to control very severe BFRB which lead to self-harm. It wasn't intended to stop all my stims, just the thought patterns and urges that led to injurious behaviour. It worked quite w...

Thanks but the drug is doing me just fine. I don't have any side effects, except getting sleepy. You can say it's making me sleep better. I just wanted to know if it has any effect on cognition because I'm experiencing better cognition right now and trying to find out if that is caused by depression...
