Welcome to WP! I hope you like it here; I know I do. Yeah man, looks chill. Hopefully it can be a two-way street with me, mutual support and recovery. You have a good chance of finding others here that have gone through troubles comparable to the ones you face...but don't necessarily expect a reply...

I don't know how likely you are to make a friend here that you physically see in real life, but overall it is a very nice crowd.

I did not need anything special b...

Last night we watched:

Independence Day [1996]
<=>"We've always believed we weren't alone. On July 4th, we'll wish we were."

A really, really good science fiction movie! Recommended!

I'm an Aspie so, re The Avengers : ○ Season 1 is mostly "lost"...like some of the early Doctor Who . The BBC did not keep copies! ○ This is the Dr. Keel era ○ Seasons 2 & 3 are the Mrs. Gale era, good but not much humor, ○ with a few episodes with Dr. King and a few episodes with ...

Welcome to WP! I hope you feel like it is the right place for you. I would've denied being Autistic until circumstances encouraged me to read about it...when I was 64. Before my 65 th birthday I had read up about Autism, concluded I probably was Autistic, and gotten a formal diagnosis which said I w...

Precisely, "intake assessment" for what? What were the credentials of "some woman"? How did she end up doing an "intake assessment" of you? Have you ever had a formal Adult Autism Assessment? (By a licensed Psychologist who works with Autism?) P.S. Not formal, not offic...

Suggestions? Well...um...I understand retirement homes often have...well...lots of STDs. Apparently it is frequent to get lucky and unlucky at the same time.

Last night we watched:

Wild Wild West [1999]
<=>"It doesn't get any wilder than this."

I like this movie...which puts me in a minority.

It is a steampunk western comedy, which apparently isn't for everyone.
