What kind of good or bad spending habits do you have? The advice I give my younger relatives is: "Having money is useful. It you want to have money all you have to do is 1. Get money 2. Keep it." That is, have an income and live below it. Since I cannot see the future I don't know how muc...

OK. I'm an Aspie. I don't like direct eye-to-eye contact. But I found a trick that helps!

I dyed my nose hair bright orange!

Now if I'm talking to someone I can safely look at their eyes. They're never looking at my eyes!

We all have our good days and our bad days.

On bad days the 10 Commandments (perhaps with a few of his own) might be a manageable starting place for decision-making.

I know that on my bad days I like to keep things simple.

Last night we watched: Migration [2023] <=> "Odd ducks welcome." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UkHxhPGpRuA A duck family had been staying in their happy pond all year round, rather than migrating, because the father duck thinks it is a good place to be so why risk migrating. But family p...

I wish I could help but I don't feel qualified to. Some others on WP can give far better advice than I can. I'm sorry. All I can advise is to remember you are always on a path to "the Future." Your current present might be unpleasant but it is just on the path to the future. It is temporar...

I think the Ten Commandments are likely a good starting place. Things get complicated but they would seem a straightforward starting place. Perhaps, though, as you go through life you will decide a few additional Commandments would make sense. You could have your own personal eleventh commandment, t...

Clearly the first two standout as being best. But, I like to watch all of something, not part of something, so I would choose to watch all of them (maybe an attribute of my A u t i s m ?) and I would enjoy them (not necessarily equally). There are rare exceptions for wanting to watch a full set of s...

I recently watched the first and second Terminator movies. They were freakin' awesome! They both will always be classics! Is it true that the subsequent Terminator movies were trash? I know that James Cameron had nothing to do with them. Current IMDb User rating /\/\/\/\ Work/Year/Audience Suitabil...

I don't know whether or not it's against the rules. I suspect it is not a good idea.

Putting a personal external e-mail address on WP?

I've been distracted... We saw Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets  [2017] in the theater and I'm not a fan. I am a military veteran and found the Major Valerian character too implausible. I don't expect majors to be that young! The movie lost me with that. I saw Flash Gordon [1980] in the t...
