| Not sure I can respond to all of this so far, a lot to cover. 1. I have an uncommon ethnic last name, so if people google me, they will know it's me for sure. | I don't see it as masking per see but I see it as avoiding trouble and problems. In the workplace I've learned the more people know, the more ammo they have to use against you. |
