I have to stim a lot. I used to get made fun of for flapping my hands. I don't do it anymore. In public I just rub my fingers together or move them.
At home I like to spin in circles, rock, or pace. Sometimes I want to do those things in public but don't want a strange reaction. |

| I sometimes can't sleep when I'm depressed. The sadness hurts. I also get restless and agitated. I feel energy but negatively. I sometimes just feel so bad I cannot feel comfortable. I just cry for hours and feel shaky. I want to know how to sleep when I feel this way. |
