And if they asked me what’s been going on with me should I mention my health issues like getting diagnosed with an eating disorder and agoraphobia? Or working to get onto disability with a lawyers help?

And a lot of people tell me to stop texting because apparently I text too much. How do I overcome this situation while texting but not too much. And with my autism, texting is a lot easier for me which I do it.

I mean you text them first to start the conversation even though they haven’t messaged you in over a year and you’re the one that start the conversation first. And it’s hard to see if they want to meet or do anything when you have agoraphobia

Thanks for the tip. I felt alone like I'm the only one with both diagnoses. Does anyone else deal with agoraphobia in addition to Autism. How do you deal with the agoraphobia and try to get out in public while dealing with the autism part? Any suggestions or recommendations for someone who wants to try and get out in person public a little more and make a few friends?
