I wouldn't say I fantasize about it. It's more like I like worry myself to death about it to the point where I dread doing anything that could possibly lead to my humiliation.

You should definitely quit using the chat if it's making you feel like that. I can understand feeling like that, which is why I don't even try chatrooms anymore. I thought trying to use them would help me with talking to people, but always ending up crying about it just wasn't worth it to me.
