I no longer use Windows on any of my computers. It's all Linux for me. My gaming is done on consoles, so I can buy the cheap hardware and be just fine.

Ubuntu used to have the option of installing itself as a Windows program, but that was removed in 13.04. It was never the ONLY way to install Ubuntu. I used to use Ubuntu from 2008 until 2012 before moving on to Debian and never used that option.

A good Linux distro is the best OS for everyday use. My grandma is almost 80 and I put her on Linux Mint Debian Edition. She had horrible luck with antivirus software and was about to buy a Mac when I showed her my laptop running Linux Mint Debian Edition. I told her that it will never get outdated ...

I like Linux Mint. Ubuntu is not as good as it used to be and I like the fact that Flash is already included in Mint in case I mess things up. I can go into a live session and fix it from there.

I've met astronauts, Dr. Temple Grandin. J.K. Rowling came to my elementary school for a day. I have met senators, the governor of Texas and even Formula 1 drivers. I got to sit in Fernando Alonso's Ferrari when I was at the US Grand Prix last year.

I do anything from hardware to software. I do not know how to repair hardware so I usually just replace it. I can fix most software issues. I've fixed problems in Windows and Mac, but not linux. Not enough customers for that. I rarely have problems with linux to begin with. Whats your customer base...

I have Windows 7 on my desktop along with Linux Mint 14. My laptop runs Linux Mint 14. All are 64 bit. Each OS takes up a hard drive. Keeps things simple.
