planning is quite difficult for children with ASD. What you need to do is make a schedule with your son to plan out when to work and when to socialise, then leave it up to him whether he follows the schedule or not. Let him pick the societies and clubs he wants to go to as he might not like the ones...

I am a twenty year old female with Asperger's syndrome. My social anxiety is still a huge problem. I spend the majority of my free time in my room. I do have some friends but its scary widening my interests to meet theirs so we just talk about neutral topics. Never the less I have managed to make it...
