I know this feeling, sometimes you just have to forgive yourself, do the bare minimum that it takes to keep ticking over and just wait for the feeling to pass. It helps to remember that it will pass and you will get back on top of things again.

People adapt, they always have. So no matter how bleak or difficult things become there is a desire to live, every living thing has that same desire no matter how futile the outcome may seem. That's why suicide is hard, it's hard to give up.

Maybe, that's a really good question.

I think it would have been much better if I had been diagnosed earlier as unfortunately my self esteem was damaged beyond repair by the time I was diagnosed.
