I know this feeling, sometimes you just have to forgive yourself, do the bare minimum that it takes to keep ticking over and just wait for the feeling to pass. It helps to remember that it will pass and you will get back on top of things again. |

That sounds like a tough situation and I can understand your shock. Also there is no shame in having an emotional reaction to this, even in public this is totally understandable and I think you are being unreasonably hard on yourself about this. People adapt, they always have. So no matter how bleak or difficult things become there is a desire to live, every living thing has that same desire no matter how futile the outcome may seem. That's why suicide is hard, it's hard to give up. |

Really sorry this happened and yes, I think you should get some counselling asap as based upon my own experience it sounds a little like you might be coming off your rails.

Maybe, that's a really good question.
I think it would have been much better if I had been diagnosed earlier as unfortunately my self esteem was damaged beyond repair by the time I was diagnosed. |
