Oh, if you knew me. I can take an hour to send a decent audio, I often get lost in the order of my words and sometimes they lose their meaning in my head so I have to repeat them out loud. I can be slow to process what I hear or see, so it's common to give awkward pauses before responding, I have to... |

Have you had pica as a child? It's this mania of putting non-edible or strange foods in your mouth. I remember eating dog croquettes, I knew it was bad because my mom let me know when she saw me, so I would wait for her to get lost to hide and eat it. I don't remember how many times it was, but I do... |

these people are literally part of the reason i'm afraid to tell anyone i'm autistic, because there's so many people faking disorders that they'd probably just assume i'm faking it to be quirky or to get clout Me too. My good eye contact and communication skills are enough to make anyone disbelieve... |

I can read body language and other gestures without having to consciously think. I don't know about when I was a child or not, I think I did but just didn't react in ways that looked like I understood, but that doesn't mean I didn't understand. For example, if a girl friend didn't want to play with... |

I think you have to predict how people might think as a result of your own actions. I learned at a very young age how to be so that I would save myself from a beating. That's not because I knew what someone was thinking, it was because I knew what that person would do if I said or did anything that... |

If I could go back to the old classifications, I always thought that instead of Asperger's as I was diagnosed 3 years ago, I have PDD NOS because my mentalization is not impaired to guess mental states or feelings of others, and therefore my social skills will be less impaired and also for the fact ... |

https://youtu.be/pjqbYZBxoLs I don't understand how someone can go so far as to make an imitation to make money with the symptoms of a disorder that in some cases can deteriorate in front of your eyes someone you love. I remember the case of a nonverbal boy who died recently because a comorbidity w... |

You can tell them they are the most intelligent person in the world in a very obviously sarcastic way. They will know what you mean. I have done so in the past. It was fun. They just want to show you they are better/higher than you. Well who knows, they're probably smarter. But I'll take these word... |

One time I was talking to an Aspie friend of mine while I was waiting for the bus. My partner is autistic and has recently came out to me as transgender. I 100% support them, however, I feel it may be a phase, my partner tends to go through phases quite a bit, they wanted an electric scooter last year and spent around £900 on the scooter and things connecting to it, now the scoot... |

It has happened to you to see in other Aspergers a level of denial like this? Me: You're crushing the flowers. Friend: No, I'm walking on top of the flowers. Me: If you're walking on top of the flowers you're crushing them at the same time. Friend: No, no. I'm caressing the flowers with the soles of... |
