| I agree with everyone else, counseling is a must. Also, dont be afraid to keep trying counselors until you find one that works. | Unless you are applying for a high level job, cover letters should not be required. As someone who has had to hire a lot, lI find going through 200 to 300 resumes hard enough. I dont want letter to reads. I can figure out what I need in interviews. |
