I always say I have Autism, what was Aspergers but is now all classes as ASD.

I am usually only telling people because they need to understand and that gives them all the relevant information

You can be Autistic and have other problems. I think you need a therapist to hash this out with. You may even have a concurrent mood disorder but I'm not a professional.
