Hey everyone. I just got a job offer in my home state and my family is very anxious to move back. We own most of our home in the state we currently live in (OK. The names on the deed are mine, my SO's, and his dad's.) In short, SO has had a total falling out with his dad. We are honestly only intere...

How the hell did this insidious site ever become so monopolistic? Often I'm already looking through the results, and end up confused because they don't match what I searched for... before, as usual, realizing they've rewritten them, because hey, there's absolutely no reason anyone should search for...

I'll be interested to see how they do it. I mean Link is a non-character isn't he? He's basically devoid of personality by design so the player can project themselves on him. Depends highly on the game. The first one, no. He has no personality at all. The Wind Waker/ Phantom Hourglass Link has a to...

I haven't had a period for 3 years so I assume they've stopped. This is how I ended up with a brother  We're 17 years apart! Just be careful until you know for sure its menopause. That is not reassuring whatsoever. How old was your mum at that time? <-- please answer this question, it is very ...

Question. Did the medication given to you for bipolar stabilize you? Another question. How long does it take to go from a high to a low (Or a low to a high?) Many get missdiagnosed with bipolar instead of autism and the reason for this missdiagnosis is because some traits of autism can almost mimic...

Wait what withdrawal symptoms? I'm on my 3rd and took multiple year breaks in between. My mom also didn't have symptoms. She said she had hers to ease into menopause I think. The only "withdrawal" I had was not having a regular period for a month. I guess the "synptom" was more o...

I feel like people on this forum can be really not nice and I don’t agree with the others here. I think your situation sounds difficult and it’s totally okay to vent and feel angry. It sucks how all these jobs make you go through long application processes and they really don’t care that humans are...

You might qant to get a lawyer for this one. You'd have to prove they fired you because of your disability and not laid off for some other reason.

Good luck! That is super crappy!

I was diagnosed with bp after suffering from postpartum psychosis. I think the original thought was because in high school, I'd suffer periods where I cannot sleep followed by sudden and constant drowsiness. I get depressed and anxious but that is it. Mania was only present on SSRIs and psychosis od...

Even if a person knows how to code a game, it will probably only be a rudimentary game since mainstream type games that are playable on consoles or PC's tend to have bigger budgets and lots of manpower to make them, relative to a single individual doing it as a hobby. Idk man you can make full on 3...

There is a scientific reason why it always rains on weekends by Esther Inglis-Arkell, Gizmodo , March 10, 2014. Excerpt: If you are in the northeastern United States, it's likely that your weekend traffic makes it rain on Saturday and Sunday. In fact, most of us help control the weather in some way...

Have you tried bringing it up? Not all bullying is intentional. Not everyone picks up on things so fast. A good example is ordering "his" batteries, which could be a friendly way of asking for batteries he specifically ordered (vs what Janey asked for earlier.)

I was eventually diagnosed with PMDD after trying to take my life. Its why I have an IUD now.

I'd also physically get sick. Start vomiting, lose my balance, leg weakness, and exhaustion that made me barely able to work or go to school.
