I so understand how you feel. I've been reading posts here since 4 years ago when I was diagnosed and I find it helpful that there are so many people that have had similar experiences. It's helpful to know your not alone out there...

It was especially hard for the older generation when there was little knowledge about neuro divergent people. Extremely difficult when constantly being told you can't behave, say or be like that. Told what to do and the effort it went into trying to conform to be accepted even by ones own family. La...
