I've been fortunate enough to avoid getting in too much trouble, with the exception of a couple of speeding fines and a written warning as a kid for riding my bike with no hands.

| There could be many reasons, I think it's important not to over react. If it were me doing this I would likely be overwhelmed by several things to pull this behaviour, but that doesn't necessarily mean much. Best of luck. |

| In my experience venting only amplifies whatever I'm feeling and puts people off. I've had more luck identifying the emotion I'm struggling with and telling people calmly why that is and what I need. Takes some effort and practice though. I had to learn how to do this. |
