| I have lucid dreams almost every night and they go on for hours. I've also woke myself out of sleep with solutions to problems I'm investigating as part of my research. I just woke up this afternoon speaking chinese. It's been over a year since I studied the language but I've been trying to refresh ... |

| I was bullied relentlessly through K-12 by adults and children. My teachers were incompetent and emotionally stunted. I wish I could've tested out of K-12 and gone straight to college. It wasn't until college that I really started to learn useful skills and knowledge. |

| Specifically my problem is with the special education teachers that refer to themselves as "experts." Everyday, all my friends, teachers, and (some) acquaintances don't care that I have Aspergers (or just don't know I can't tell,) but the special ed. people try to change me It bothers me that your ... |

| The educational system is structured in a way that NTs can learn best. They focus heavily on social interactions and auditory learning. Try to figure out what kind of learning style works best for you and how you can use that to your advantage. You may have situations in life where you have to take ... |

Then again, despite all my attempts to get through the system, it wasn't until my senior year that I was finally officially registered with them. I was diagnosed as autistic ye... |

I wrote about my unique strengths and how they will empower me to excel in the program of my choice. I also acknowledged that I do have weaknesses and the problems th... |

| Hi! I'm finally in a relationship with someone (an NT girl who's getting a doctorate in astrophysics) and we were discussing children. She doesn't want children. I may. Then something occurred to me -- SHOULD I have children? What are the risks that an Aspie adult will have an autistic child? If it... |
