I'm in one of those phases of making the same meal every day. Currently that thing is japanese curry. I just like that I can buy the sauce I need for it already made in the bottle and just make the rice and chicken. Its quick, easy, and you can make a lot of it at once. One batch lasts me 2-3 days. ...

Learning to drive was a very stressful time in my life. My mom was (rightfully) nervous but not hostile like you seem to be describing. Although her nervousness caused me a lot of stress. My driving instructor was a very calm person which I was quite thankful for. I live in a pretty rural part of th...

I live in a very small town. There is a post office, church, general store and a couple houses. You have to drive at a minimum, 30 minutes to get anywhere. Personally I wish I lived in a city. I've always been a bit of a shut in so I don't leave my house much outside of going to work and shopping so...

These last few weeks at work have been not particularly pleasant, yesterday though things hit a peak. Even when I'm well rested recently I have tended to feel incredibly exhausted at work to the point where doing just about anything is a struggle. My patience with people drops significantly. I work ...

Before quitting entirely, try taking a lighter course load for the next semester. But yeah, American colleges suck for making students take subjects unrelated to their major before granting a degree. This strongly implies that your secondary school education was lacking. Are there any subjects you ...

Hi all, I'm in my first year of college and I think I'm already probably going to end up dropping out. I majored in computer science and I've found myself completely burnt out for the past month or so. I feel frustrated because I was not made aware I would be spending more time doing work for subjec...

Rain World. Hardest game I've ever played by far but I want to beat it so bad. Absolutely fascinating game look it up if you've never heard of it. I tried it for an hour or two and it is just not my thing. i don't like the movement or the basic system of the game. It's hard but not in a satisfying ...

I'm only 19 which for these forums is certainly young. Unfortunately I was exposed to the more modern internet at a young age. I didn't really truly start using the internet for anything outside of youtube until about 2015 when I was 10. I was diagnosed at a young age so I always knew *something* wa...

Sometimes I wish I could just turn my brain off, at least for a while. I guess the closest thing to turning it off is just watching something funny on youtube. At work my brain never shuts up which is a curse for sure and at home its usually a little better.

My frustration with people who are nice 99% of the time and a jerk 1% of the time. This is how most people are but Id rather someone just be 100% nice or 100% a jerk so at least I am not thinking I am getting along with somebody just for them to be hurtful for some dumb reason. Only feeling this way...
