I do the same. I used dating apps and had many dates, but I still haven't found my person. So now I just do nothing and rely on happy accident

I used to take naps very often, but after napping, I feel even worse than before.
I started taking some vitamins because there was a deficit, and it's because of it I feel so tired.
Haven't noticed any huge changes, but I do my best not to sleep during the day
