I've tried many antidepressants over the years. First was Lovan (Prozac) which did nothing, then Lexapro which was fine but I had sweaty hands all the time. I was self conscious about shaking hands with anyone. I was on that until it wore off. Then I tried a number of antidepressants in hospital. Th...

Maybe this topic should go into the health section. When I was about 12 I had an eczema rash under my arm. I didn't want to cause a fuss so I didn't tell anyone. It was pretty bad though and very itchy. I think I had it for about a year. A couple of years ago I got a similar rash on my stomach. I me...

No edit button either.

Was going to edit to say that I can't see site avatars (the avatars that people have picked from the WP database) either. I can't see my own avatar which was a Garfield face.

For about a month I haven't had any quote buttons or buttons similar.

Also, I can't see the buttons that let me know I've posted in a topic. I've logged out and logged back in a number of times and it's still the same.

I'm accessing the site with my Kindle Fire.

I currently have bursitis in my left shoulder which sucks because I'm left-handed. I can get by with it ok, sleeping on my left side is the worst.

I went to the Big Day Out with a friend in 1995, I was 18. Most memorable was The Prodigy, they were insane. Lead singer/dancer spat lemonade all over us. Went home sticky but happy. They were well worth seeing.

When I first started volunteering for the Salvos (Salvation Army) I was asked to sort out the kids toys in the shop. I did - two days later I had the worst sore throat which gradually turned itchy. I developed an annoying cough, annoying to me and everyone else. I had to stay home for two weeks to g...

In Year 1 at primary school. I had not gone to kindergarten or pre-school so maybe that was why I had crap social skills. Anyway, a girl named Emma invited our class to her birthday party at the beginning of the school year. I went, I had fun and I especially enjoyed the food (all things that were &...

No one has ever called me pretty. But I did exercises to straighten my back so I can sit and stand straight. I wore braces for two years and had jaw surgery to fix my crooked teeth and overbite in my mid-20s. I'm having an operation next month to fix my wandering left eye. All kind of cosmetic actio...

In 2002 I travelled on a shinkansen (bullet train) in Japan. The train was fast, going at a speed of over 300km/h at times.

It was clean and comfortable, unlike our local trains here in Perth.

I used to live alone and I loved it. Everything I did was without input by others. Circumstances changed though, and now I'm living with my ex who I still love very much. We just don't do well as a couple. I feel as though I have the best of both worlds - I still do what I like but I've always got s...

I've thought about this lately and it seems that I dream a LOT. Every time I sleep I dream. I don't really get sleep without dreams which may explain why I need 10+ hours of sleep every night. I remember my dreams for an hour or so then my recollection fades. I don't know that not being able to play...

^^ Leg weights are not my favourite. My new physio last Tuesday decided that it was legs day for me. Soooo many squats. The result was that I could hardly walk on Wednesday and Thursday. I don't know if I want to go back there!

If you're to have another surgery, TwilightPrincess, it's an idea to tell the anaesthetist that general anaesthesia makes you feel sick. That way, they'll give you an anti-emetic. I have the same issue and made sure when I had jaw surgery that I received an anti-emetic because throwing up with my ja...
