I'd think Gregory Eddie (Abbott Elementary) and most incarnations of the Doctor (Doctor Who) seem AuDHD. I hadn't thought about Gregory being Autistic and you may be right! As for the Doctor, the whole "Human-looking and eccentric alien" sounds like an euphemism of Autistic people so, yea...
