I am physically stronger but I am mentally weaker. I always keep getting suicidal thoughts every time I get stressed, anxious and irritated.

On the buses or coaches it's not usually very crowded for me.

On trains it's a different story. It's always crowded due to shortage of carriages so I tend to avoid trains like the plague, accept for first class accommodation.
