| My oldest (less impaired): severe colic, non-stop screaming (not even crying, just screaming) from birth-- didn't actually cry (with tears) until 3 months. Other than this I didn't see many signs until he was older and wasn't talking. My youngest (more impaired): I noticed right away-- no eye contac... |

I'm sorry .
My dad is an aspie too, I'm convinced. Once I learned about AS I was able to re-evaluate my whole history with him, and it gave me a lot of peace. |

| I would never trust the government to determine who should or should not be a parent. I doubt I would be granted a parenting "license" due to my past "mental health history," but I am a very devoted mom, I'm very gentle with my kids, and have never been abusive. |

| If your parents can spend 1000s of dollars to keep the venue open, can't they spend it to help set you up on your own? Do you want to leave? Or does it feel safer to stay even though you're being mistreated? |

70% my brain simply goes to "white screen" when face to face with a person

| Of course not. I'd put in him in another school. Schools are set up to educate kids, despite what you may have heard. What if I am not a stay-at-home parent? What if I have a full-time job to go to? What if there is no other school to send him to? Perhaps it's different in Canada but in the US you ... |

| If all the boy ate was chocolate, then I would have thought he would have died before the age of 8...but I guess this must be a minority case. Hmm...and the conditions he was living him...he would have probably been very sick from disease. The things people do sometimes....I don't understand it AT ... |
