Recently diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 33. Medication is a minimum 6-month wait at the moment, but made my peace with this, after all I've got this far. Can't wait to find out what life is like when my brain shuts up for 5 seconds though. Anyway. I'm basically looking for some coping tools/advic...
