Anyone know of a women's refuge which is also quiet and sensory friendly? And where you have your own toilet and space? I can't hack shared walls. Am in Melbourne Australia right now

I'm 32 and am stuck living with my horrid family still who completely overwhelm me. Have just fled my dad's house before he killed me. Yes that is no exaggeration...
