I have HFA, ADHD, and OCD, and I have extremely strong interest in special interests. My main one right now (and for the past 14 years) is playing music - and I do it pretty much all day long. If I'm not doing something that has to do with it, I tend to get bored pretty easily, and have difficulty p... |

I'd be a type 2 hyperlexic, due to being on the autism spectrum. I started reading really young, about 3 or so. My dad had read encyclopedias to me at bedtime - they were all kept in my room - and I taught myself how to read and started reading them on my own because I thought everything in them was... |

Most unhealthy for me were any MMO's I got into, like World of Warcraft or Star Trek Online. Now I don't play video games at all. |

I can't stand them if they're soft or soggy or slimy or anything like that, at all. Can't tolerate cooked ones, either. |

I want to add that smiles usually also creep me out. Especially fake smiles, or when someone is smiling and I can think of no reason why they should be smiling. |

For me it depends on the day, how I'm feeling and all that, and the situation. Sometimes I have a ridiculous amount of patience compared to NTs around me. This has happened when dealing with certain children in a classroom setting (with me being a teacher aide) - the teacher would lose all her patie... |

I don't smile for photos. I used to try, but I really hate it. It feels so unnatural, and it feels very strange and awkward. I have HFA, but it's pretty much the same thing as AS in adults. |

I don't care about how new anything looks - in fact all the labels and protective stickers and covers and such aggravate me - they drive me crazy. I like things looking worn in, as long as they function perfectly fine. It irritates me when I see someone else keeping protective films on things like c... |

I have proof that my mind exists (because I have thoughts), while I have no proof any gods exist.
I'd never want to be omnipotent though. Think of all the things you don't want to know... haha. |

My accent is a little weird, but similar to the main accent here. In Alaska there are accents from all over, though - a large amount of people came here from elsewhere. |

Every time I see your avatar I have to sit and look at it. The tea is such a happy color - the whole cup looks very happy/content. |

Anyone ever had transitions lenses? I hated them, they just sucked. I have worn glass photochromic lenses for many years now. I think they are great. They do take a little while to react but you get used to that after a while. The only problem I have with them is that in cold weather they tend to g... |
