I'm thinking about going to the doctor to get medicine to stop my tics.

Does anyone know a good medicine for this?
I am currently on Citalopram to calm my anxiety and it makes my tics even worse.

Thank you in advance for your help.

@ cthulukitty and willard :D I have already tried alchohol at bedtime. Sometimes it seems to work and sometimes it doesn't. I am pretty sure that I have depersonalization disorder on top of as, because I feel better when I am relaxed and not stressed (meaning that I get some emotions back and my bod...

I have never taken anxiety medications before, and I need some advice from people who have. I have depersonalization disorder. This disorder is maintained by non-stop obsessive thinking and worrying. In short, my mind can't rest....ever. What type of medication does everyone recommend? I need to men...

Thank you for the info everyone. Right now, I will probably try for a re diagnosis and get some anxiety meds. I have thought about disability, but I want to see how I do on meds first. (Going to work and being around people just stresses me out so much! My tics get pretty bad.) I have another questi...

I tend to get stressed out over the tiniest things, and I find that I cannot stop thinking about them. Does anyone else get stressed out over insignificant things? It's as if whatever handles my anxiety in my brain is super sensitive. I try to tell myself that it is silly to worry over such things, ...

I'm thinking about getting some government assistance and I could use some advice. I was diagnosed autistic as a child, but that record is now lost because it was 25 years ago. I went to a bargain psychologist recently and he diagnosed me with depersonalization, tic, schizoid pd., and avoidant pd. d...

For additional information on planeswalkers, check the wizards website. When they first came out, there was a big article discussing everything you'd ever want to know about them. O.K., I'll check it out. Another question... Suppose I cast pariah on one of my opponents creatures and then he attacks...

Played at the actual release tournaments yesterday. Didn't win anything in the sealed deck tournament, but I came in 4th in a 12 player draft. The second pack I opened, I pulled a foil Lilianna Vess planeswalker. That was awesome and it won a number of games for me. :) The third ability for that pl...

Woot woot! I bought a box of M10 boosters at last night's launch event and so far, I've only opened about 8 - 10 of the packs but I've already pulled 3 planeswalkers and a dual land. Those, along with the promo foil I got have already nearly paid for itself value wise.

Awesome!! !

One game, I thought I was going to lose. On the last turn, I had 3 life and my opponent had 18. I had some big creatures out, including my Shivan, but couldn't risk attacking because I needed blockers. On that turn, I drew a Panic Attack which makes it so 3 of his creatures can't block. I was able ...

Good, I've been doing things correctly then. I recently looked over the new magic2010. It's enough to make me drool! Let me know if any of you get some great cards. Feel free to brag! I still don't have a planeswalker card, they look awesome. I would love to get my hands on the darksteel colossus ca...

Some more questions... Tapping lands doesn't use the stack, does it? If I tap one of my opponents lands with my icy manipulator, does that give my opponent one extra mana in his mana pool? If my opponent cast tarfire on my mistmeadow witch and I then remove mistmeadow from the game until the end of ...

Now I have the feeling that you may want to keep exiling and returning Meddling Mage to ban as many cards as possible from being cast You caught me. That won't work. The static ability stopping the named card from being cast only works as long as the Meddling Mage is on the battlefield. It leaves, ...

Actually, the way you describe it is the way I thought it worked. I just wasn't 100% sure. I play the game with my family members because the nearest tournament place is over an hour away. Also, I'm not the most sociable person either. Some day I do want to participate in friday night magic though....

I got it and I loved it. You can play it for hours and hours. It's very addicting and having so many things to do( research, commerce, battle, colonization, super weapons, etc.) it's very fun. However, I feel that it does not have the longevity of some of my better games. The fun of the research wea...

O.K., I will check those cards out. I have a question. How long does a stack remain open? Does it stay open for a whole phase, Or does it only stay open if someone lays a spell down immediately after the first spell? I am asking this because my opponent has the card "Voracious Hatchling" . For exam...
