I strongly disagree and take issue with the notion that "boomers" are anything. It's ageist, first of all. And it's a very multifaceted demographic with lots of different points of view. |

| Yes, it's exactly like that in the American (at least) workplace, only the people doing it are not intentionally sabotaging, just incompetent. Or trying to gain some advantage for themselves in some way. |

| Unfortunately I don't think there's a formula, but I do think it's hard for dirtbags to pretend to be kind indefinitely.
