So eating an apple or drinking some juice during the day kills a fat-loss diet? I'm sorry but I just don't buy that. Its an extreme view and not supported by scientific data, unless I'm missing something. There have been a multitude of studies done, however, that prove fruit juice intake doesn't con...

I recommend trying to get away from carbonated drinks altogether. In fact, I recommend you get away from anything acidic besides tea and juices. I make an acception to those because they have anti-oxidant and anti-cancer benefits to at least partially make up for their acidity. Drink springwater, as...

As confusing as this thread may seem, I've learned one thing from Bruce Lee. All arts are like pieces of steak, at least to me. When I get one, the first thing I do is 'cut off the fat'. Whatever you learn, what matters most is not as much the art itself but the one executing it. The art itself is o...

Most combat sports are pretty brutal for my tastes accept true wrestling, which just stresses me out to watch, lol. However, once I start watching I can't get enough of a good Kung Fu movie/fight scene. I know I'm strange. I guess I like all that's involved with it, and really appreciate it for the ...

He's totally right. Most people my size can life much heavier than me. Part of the reason is I think that I started out doing high reps and moderate reps than low reps with heavy weights. If focusing mostly on strength gains that's what you want to do, low reps with heavy weights. Make sure you warm...

I see adult life and adult autism discussions but no "adult current events" discussion. Maybe that's why it was just locked? I don't know.

From what I see, it got off subject and became even more of an "adult" conversation. You were telling someone else to watch their language, in a thread you started that wasn't very "family friendly" to begin with.

In other words, they are totally incompetent and don't know how to handle situations. They have to ban a whole city just to keep one pedophile out, when I have witnessed almost every single night another predator just waltz in and basically take over chat for as long as he wants. They run the room l...

Why did he go on and on about it then, and say "I" was banned and "I" have gotten around it, for now? Someone in the room also asked him wasn't he doing something against the rules by evading a ban. I should thank him for what? Showing favoritism and banning me while on top of that he lets someone c...

Ok, thanks! I didn't know just where to post. I'm fairly new to the forums as I've been in chat most of the time since I registered here. I stayed in chat much of my free time for months and now I'm all of a sudden not there, banned, by someone who favors people in there. I guess it was a rush job. :D

Some of you may know "Bateau" aka "Section9" of the chatroom here. He came into the chatroom tonight, constantly complained of "Taggard" "having him banned" in a retaliatory tone. He then starts KICKING THE WRONG PEOPLE out of chat as does "Katesmith" when there's an argument. I'm posting this becau...

I'm not officially diagnosed but I know for a fact I have it. You don't need an official diagnosis to know you have it. Read all you can on the subject and judge for yourself.

| Well new to the forum. I've been coming to the chat room for I guess a couple of months now off and on. I've gotten to know a few wonderful ppl in there, so I thought I'd get involved with the forum as well. I've known for over a year now that I have AS although not officially diagnosed. | I even have to think to walk "normally". Sports during PE in school was the most traumatic thing that ever happened to me in my life. Knowing what I know now, I would NEVER put myself through that abuse again, whether the state says its good for me or not. Now these days at a later age (36) I have w... |
