It bothers me quite a lot, actually, since I don't think humans should be reduced to only one dimension of their being. Aren't we supposed to be evolved enough to have brains, that we would know better than to behave only like animals? (I'm not saying we're not animals, but that other facets of huma...

I find it rather dehumanizing, because it focalizes on only one dimension of a person: his/her sexual performance and nothing else. =/

Actually, it doesn't matter who gets elected, because they apparently can't tell precisely how they will reduce the debt. Sarko is an idiot who favors his friends in the corporate world and thinks be all "bling-bling" is enough to get the job done. -.- If anything, Mélanchon had some good ideas, not...

Hrmph, in general I'd say no, but I'm still open to it once or twice. Mostly because makeup is supposed to emphasize / put attention on parts of your face, which is more or less useful during copulation. Second, the practical aspect, would not like to have it all over the sheets and such. Third, mak...

Do you feel that the people that have committed terrorist acts on the USA because it supports Israel and its actions. They are the dregs of humanity. (Should've phrased that better, bah, my bad...) Yet they are still part of this humanity. The fact that their rights are being so blatantly violated ...

it amazes me how a couple of canadians seem to think that they know the reality of immigration in britain when we see the damage every day. Most of us likely do not know about it well, but we hear enough of it from you guys to get an educated guess about the situation, which allows us to comment or...

If you don't dig up the past, you can't be consequent about it in contemporary times. These same people often end up justifying or approving of terrorist organisations soon after. If you put yourself in the place of the people committing those acts, then yes. If you do not feel any compassion for t...

what you are saying is irrelevent to the current issues. no it isn't irelevant because you brought it up. you think that other cultures are sullying your precious British culture, but British culture was formed on the basis of many waves of immigration. and now it cannot cope with any more "waves"....

hmmmmm bad immigration.... like when the British people came to Canada. I've had this same argument with Irish republicans before (i.e. them dragging up the distant past in order to try to engender guilt for my modern-day politics). Doesn't hold water for me and those who think like me. If you don'...

I'm amused how our British comrades here consider the muslim immigration as an "invasion". Whereby it means, according to the Online Etymology Dictionnary : " mid-15c., from O[ld].Fr[ench]. invasion "invasion, attack, assaut" (12c.), from L.L. invasionem (nom. invasio) "an attack, invasion," noun of...

I used to be among those never to have tried steak, but no longer I used to eat steaks. lots of 'em. medium-rare. sometimes even rare! back then, I would even eat carpaccio that wasn't sliced properly thin. but now I am a vegetarian. vegetables are for girly men! Just kidding, I love vegetables. I ...
