My AS is none of their business and if someone who heard a rumor think he can forcibly use it against me I will destroy him or the weakest link in his family/friendship circle even if that person is completely innocent. | BTW, bagels are made with flour, mostly white. They are just as glycemic (how fast they turn into sugar in your blood) as donuts. At least they are not fried with oil. Bagels have as many empty calories as about 5 slices of white bread. |
