Generally speaking i refrain from doing so (Lying)
It takes a lot more time and effort to come up with something that sounds convincing to others.
(Not that the truth is much easier for them to believe, usually) But at least with the truth I’ll have something solid to back me up with. (Hopefully) |

| Hmm... I've been electrocuted by fences, power outlets. Once when setting up a 20 watt solar panel i had a momentary lapse in judgement and licked the wires... Not something i'd do again... Or recommend others try... Oh and also pulling the spark-plug wire off of a lawnmower when it was running. |

| Actually depending on the brand of laptop it may be designed to be somewhat water resistant. Back when i used to frequent a local computer store. The technician showed me some obscure movie online that showed a well-known brand of laptop being tested in various ways. One of which was a special tray ... |

Some friends just seem to fade (Or flat out leave) from life.
I've recently found myself in a similar situation. |

Usually I tend to be nervous about it. Which explains why it's been over a year since i added anyone now to my friend list.
After that it usually isn't a problem.
Then again there is the whole awkwardness of trying to find a good first topic... |

| I'm probably not the best source for linux advice. But Zenwalk says it'll run on 128megs of ram. "Hardware Requirements Zenwalk GNU/Linux is optimized for the i686 instruction set, but backward compatible with i486. These are the minimal hardware requirements to run Zenwalk in Xwindow mode, with cor... |

I'd say some ridiculously powerful processors, gobs of ram, etc. But truth be told in a couple years, they'll probably have as much or more computing power in a Nintendo DS 8 (Or what they replace it with)
I'll just have to wait and see what's on the market then. |

Granted that game in addition to sentimental value for me, is one of the few games i can do a speedrun on in roughly five and a half hours. |

| Twilight princess was good on the wii. Other then that I've only played Okami on it (For any length of time) The bulk of the other games I've tried on it had poorly thought out controls/game-play. It has a lot going for it innovation-wise, that has yet to be used on a wider scale. But The 360 seems ... |

"Faster" is kinda open to interpretation...
Are we talking about the "Feel" of the operating system or the actual percentage of system resources (Ram, Cpu cycles, etc) just the OS by it's self uses? |

| So far I'm just in the process of switching to it. I've tried a bunch of different distros. Ubuntu I'm kinda fond of as it has a lot of software available for it. Zenwalk Appeals to me aswell for reasons i'm not entirely sure of. Ever since Mac went to x86 architecture and started getting more popul... |

| Os x. As i've used it since 10.1 (10.5 now) And can usually figure out how to get it to do what i want. Linux. (Various distros) I find it runs fast on old hardware. I can put it on virtually anything and i can configure little things on it that i can't change on mac. I've never really used windows ... |
