| I get nervous, because I'm afraid I won't like the gifts, and I'm unable to look like I do, thereby insulting people. On top of that, people opening gifts tend to be at the center of attention, which is uncomfortable place to be in the first place. Prefer not to get gifts for that reason. Don't know... |

| I see. Have you made any steps towards contacting this specialist? The reason I'm nagging on this is because I don't really believe in getting rid of this feeling of depression and apathy. | My first diagnosis was depression + an autistic spectrum disorder. This was done @ a center loosely affiliated with my college education then. | I have wondered about this as well. But I guess it's important to realize teachers are just people too. They may have taken a big responsibility, but they're still just people.
