I joined this forum as the parent of an aspie rather than a researcher.

Oh honey that sounds tough. I don't have an asd but i know that anxiety is common. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy might be able to help, as can chinese medicines such as acupunture and reflexology, although those require going out and being touched.
