I used to do that, but I've learnt through experience that most people don't give a sh__ about people apologizing, except in serious cases or when it is obviously warranted. Hockey, but can't play it really well. Hate sports where things are flying through the air.
Rock climbing is pretty nice though. Also, hiking, if you include that as a sport.
