I stopped working out immediately after i made this thread but came back to it today, this is the result of 2 work outs and 2 hours of cardio, with whey protein shakes and increased food intake

thanks kraftie, i live in the UK, and college is the next step up from 'high school' im a little behind education wise because i dropped out of two college courses and then did nothing for a few years

I hate being different, when I see old videos of me showing my traits i feel crushed, I want to cry, I just want to be normal
Maybe learning to accept it will help, please offer some advice

One time, this guy said to me that I try and be something i'm not to please other people
and another person, a close friend, a girl, said I put on a front and that really im scared
