Elliot Rodger, that guy had fashion, he had style and he was intelligent and he was a decent looking guy. In death he has a movement of lonely, troubled men that worship him as their leader. There are plenty off resources to help women but there are no resources to help troubled men. Incels are tro...

My view is that the idea of a autism poltical party is an extension of the idea of trying to create a new country for autistic people. I think it is doomed to fail, the problem is that if an autism party exists then why not a deaf, depressed, bipolar, blind, lame, diabetic, cancer, heart disease, ha...

I have an ambition to publish a scientific paper using every element of the periodic table, the rule is that if you publish something new using an element then you can claim it. For example if you use a copper wire to make an electrical connection then this does not count, but if you were to use a c...

He just got a 15 year sentence. The Daily Mail (Not the most even handed newspaper) has a report on it http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-4544560/Student-jailed-15-years-planting-bomb-tube.html . I do not think that AS should or is a get out of Jail free card for people who want to play with bo...

I tend to use a 25 W ANTEX iron, I find that things like Wellers run too cold for my liking. I also tend to use lead/tin solder. I do not like lead free, I have tried lead free a few times. It does not seem to behave quite right. I have been using the same iron for over 20 years. The modern version ...

I think that the US state where he is has only two choices, either they go ahead with the death penalty or he has to spend the rest of his life in jail. After what he did I think that he can not be trusted to be at large, he might either try to do it again or he might incite or encourage others to d...

Well I think that B19 and AllDaXP are right, you would be well advised to remove your home address from your profile. I am a nice decent person who lives on the other side of the world. Sadly not everyone on line is as nice as me there are some not so nice people out there. I would like to welcome y...

The problem is that regardless of the dislike myself and others might feel towards Mr Roof, it is not right to subject him to a punishment without going through the correct legal process. I hold the view that Mr Roof should be kept alive and well so that society in general can deal with him at a cou...

The great problem I see is that Ms Braxton has come out with a rather outlandish idea, if she wants people to pay attention then she needs to argue a good case using evidence. So far I can not see any evidence or hard facts so I say we should not believe her. The problem these days is that a halo ef...

I would say that the "poor" are not a homogeneous group, they are not all the same. People are poor for different reasons there is no one size fits all explanation for being poor. Maybe the OP needs to get some more life experience, I used to work in a factory with "working class"...
