I don't have sensory issues like I used to and I'm able to relate more to people. I feel like the obstacle has been removed.
I'm not saying everyone will "get better" like I did. It took 2 years for me to finally start feeling less ADD/aspie. |

| It doesn't cure autism. If you're having GI problems it might help those if that was the problem regardless of neurology. So yes, in a roundabout way if you were gluten intolerant you might function better. "GI problems" is one of 100's of issues that gluten sensitivity can cause. Just so you know ... |

| I doubt it was the lack of vaccincation. Vaccinations do more harm than good. My theory is the reason why babies are dying so much more than they should be is because we're feeding them cow's milk, MSG filled baby food and so on. WHY IS THERE MSG IN BABY FOOD? Yep, the gluten free/casein free/PROCESSED FOOOOOOD diet is almost a cure.
I had ADHD/ADD/autism whatever, my whole life. Now I don't need to stim, less depression and anxiety thanks to my diet.
