They could have thought of tons of other words to describe one's preoccupation with their cell phone. Autism as a condition is more complex than that...I understand it's a much older word than how it is used today. However, I feel that autistic may become the next R-word.

I have severe EDS. I have the Classical Type but I actually have a deletion which was found on a research test so I don't know what the exact gene is.
