On a related note ... http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/science/nature/8408957.stm ... gravity waves?

Also ... I'll try to clarify what I'm asking later on ... it's really simple, but also really difficult to put into words.

I was wondering if a sustained mass ...say the moon orbiting earth ... or the planets orbiting the sun, weakened the overall force of the center gravitational force as more mass entered it's field. Seeing as how gravity weakens the further out you get from the sun or the planets ... would there also...

The key ... at least for myself ... is to associate the equations and crap with visual images and real life correlations. Most people I've explained certain maths to have taken calc 2 or 3 and cannot adequately describe on a real life basis what their equations are really doing ... other than turnin...

And the teaching behind quantum mechanics still sucks. If we knew more about it maybe it wouldn't be such a pain in the ass. And it's hard to describe reality when you have to end every answer with a question mark. Not that I'm disagreeing with you ... I just despise most of how we teach and do thin...

quantum mechanics sucks ... I think the purpose of it is to make everyone almost fail.

What kind? Something to give me a more visual way to understand the workings of things like quanta and overall behavior in an atom and it's nucleus. I tend to neglect math and learn endlessly better from visual displays ... rather than a page long equation that tends to just annoy me and take forev...

I enjoyed certain aspects of playing them. Played baseball for like seven years, and a bunch of crap in high school. Good way to get to know yourself.

However ... I rarely enjoy watching other people play.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good text book or software for the behavior of particle's with childlike amounts of visual or video illustrations.

Very interesting example. Now we extend it. Let us suppose that you were on a team, a team of similarly minded people playing many games of chess. Let us also assume that A benefits your team somehow, change it to throwing the rook at your opponents nose or something. Then at least your side has mo...

Whatever, dude. Doubtless the FBI is already on the way to your house, posting this to the Web the way you did. You're obviously about to go postal, and inciting other people to commit murder is a crime. I am not inciting anyone to commit murder at all, in fact I have not told anyone to do anything...

According to my mom I would always use my left hand, and she more or less trained me into using my right due to how the world is mostly bias and designed toward right handed people. I guess I would say right handed, but my left is fairly skilled, and sometimes more so than my right hand is. Sort've ...

There would be cons to this though. In the movie, the guy kept blurting out things that were the truth like he had Tourette's, I can't imagine blurting out things to people I like to keep private about myself. It would be nice if people couldn't lie but yet they weren't forced to blurt out the trut...

There would also be a difference between being FORCED to tell the truth and not being able to tell a lie. People frequently lie in situations where a simple and polite "none of your business" would be sufficient. You can be truthful with people without having to open Al Capone's vault and march out...

-Tinnitus (ring!) Hey, I just WIKI'D (:P) Tinnitus, and I think thats the first or possibly the second time that I've read about it being abnormal to have always had a constant noise that is always there. So I was wondering if maybe you could send me some links or something. I'm not really annoyed ...

I was diagnosed with ADD(inattentive) and OCD when I was younger. Side note: I have no official ASD diagnosis, nor am I totally convinced myself. I also haven't decided on looking into an ASD diagnosis, but after about three-four'ish months of clinical assessment appointments and personal research I...

"Damn your getting fat honey" is pointless. You don't need to lie, you can just keep your mouth shut. One can be civil without lying. One can not, on the other hand, survive in the modern "economy" without being involved in some kind of scam. Very few people have real jobs these days. For the rest ...
