Yeah. Much of the "disenfranchisement" argument is garbage. Maybe in some places some nasty games are being played, but any so-called "barriers" to voting are laughably easy to deal with (in my area), and for those with special needs, people are willing to help out. Now, having t... |

I will always love video games BUT I am picky and prefer those with good stories that get you INTO the game. I have very few titles that I hold on to for nostalgic reasons. Most I sell/trade once I'm done with them. With all the demands on my time affecting how much time I have for video games, I've... |

I'm not certain. My dreams can get fairly surreal.
I do know that in the dream state, I can emote normally...appropriately express how I feel...while in real life I don't know how to. |

Both positions can be correct. Staying where you are may be the best choice because you are dealing with a known quantity. However, you can't put a price on happiness. I'm at a job I've had for just over 1 year. A part of me wants to bug out and do something else, BUT it's the best paying job (w/ben... |

I like to apply to places that use a standardized application (e.g., state jobs). Otherwise, I try to do only 3-4 applications a day. Any more than that and I "burn out" from the repetitiveness of it. Fortunately, there aren't a lot of worthwhile jobs to apply to in a given week when I've ... |

I would guess that it only works IF you already have the functional skills to do the job they are hiring for rather than someone who needs some amount of in-house training. Many jobs take people they feel will "fit" and train them in how THEY want the job done. |

From what I've observed, "power" is attained by having something someone wants. The problem is that most who acquire power do so via manipulation of others/circumstances. People with AS (even high-functioning) have an issue with this. You have to be good at reading what someone wants and h... |

Try a different brand. Some stick better than others. Some stick too well. The Band-Aid brand goes from one extreme to another in how well they work (or don't) depending on what type you buy. If you're really allergic to the adhesive, talk to a doctor. Maybe they know of more "hypo-allergenic&q... |

I hate applications like that. They're profiling the applicant to see if they are right for the job environment, and while it is possible to lie your way through them, they are set up to catch you lying, so it's not easy. Sometimes there is no "wrong" answers because the "right" ... |

Simply put. Learn to set priorities. It's not easy, I know, but it's necessary. I was in college when the "Internet" became a big deal. One girl I know was put on academic probation after her first year because she spent so much time online she completely neglected her classes. She was NT ... |

It's more a "theory of mind" issue. You probably have no issue with an opposite-sex janitor coming in to clean the place as you detach doing a job from any sexual interest. The rest of the world DOES NOT see it this way. Your thought process was logical, but based on a faulty premise. |

10 has a ton of issues....spyware in the OS itself being a big issue. To turn it ALL off takes a lot of work, and a lot of people are frustrated with it.
It is supposedly "faster" but that's also without tweaking it from the out-of-box settings. |

I just got the PS4. I see these newer versions as more of a gimmick. I don't need a 4K TV, and I currently game on a sweet LCD monitor as it is. VR is not attractive to me as I suspect it would set off a good deal of motion sickness. The next gen PS unit will be much, much better, and I'd rather hol... |
