I can drive in my town because it is small and i've lived here all of my life. But if I have to drive around an unfamiliar town (especially getting there on the interstate hwy) I get overwhelmed and will have a meltdown because of all the cars going besides me, and the big rigs bother me too because...

You could go to the Social Security website (sorry cannot post link here) and get an application for a new card mailed to you. You have to have a form of ID with the application when you mail it back in, but it doesn't have to be a drivers license. But the drawback to that is that it takes weeks to ...
