The Main Book of Orhtodox Judaism is the Babylonian Talmud, the written down version of the original oral tradition. The Bible has not been the main book of Judaism for nearly 1500 years. The bulk of Jewish writings are Rabinical Commentaries, not Bible quotes. Look to the Protestants to complain a...

"Feel" that I look unattractive..yes, but that's the whole Body Dysmorphic Disorder thing.(Doesn't matter what you look like, gargoyle or supermodel, if you have BDD you will never be "perfect" enough) Thankfully, I can't afford the amounts of surgeries I would want, I guess that's probably a good ...

I don't think you're a troll. The way you're bringing up the AS vs. Autistic issue all the time makes it look like you have some kind of OCD-like self image problem similar to anorexia nervosa or body dysmorphic disorder. By attacking autistic people are you trying to purge yourself of some nigglin...

I've always felt that the Christian view that (A) "no one can come to God except through me" (Jesus) - and no, I'm not going to bother with references. is a bit exclusive. And that didn't come from the Jews, it came from the Christians. (B) Of course, there's also the stuff about not judging people...

A broad range leads to people who are far apart being treated the same way and fundamentally viewed as functioning in the same way. Many autists are perfectly fine with treatment which would make me feel murderous. I also want an explanation for why I am the way I am. A proper explanation. The BS ot...

The diagnosis boom in Sweden in the 90's was more based on the psychiatrists personal oppinions rather than any rulebook of critera. The people who used the Gillberg critera suggested I had borderline while a specialized psychiatrist who viewed herself as "above" others and took inspiration from oth...

Jesus taught love in the religion of hatred, Judaism, and was hated by jews for it. But christianity is not simply based on Jesus teaching everyone to love each other, it also contains the original jewish teachings which are hundreds of pages of hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, hate, ...

Perhaps I hide it. People just think I'm shy and intelligent. I'm socially awkward but I don't annoy people (I downplay my obsessions in public so as not to appear too weird). My lack of small-talk and brutal honesty makes people think of me as some kind of sage. People sometimes laugh at little in...

The critera are just a load of unproven BS. They change every three years or so. My AS can't even be physically proven by an EEG or brain scan. SO I don't value strictly theoretical criteria at all. Many, many psychiatric diagnosises have been flawed, wrong and abandonded with time. I'm still strong...

Surely, then, if you once possessed many of the aspects that are shared between AS and Autism, you should be able to relate to/identify with people with Autism on some level. Reality must be seen in relation to the current time and age. I accept change, I don't see things as fixed and unchangeable....

If hardly any of those criteria fit you then I don't understand how you could have been diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome. Because I developed? I was always rather high functioning but my mind evolved further. I had some of those things as a five year old but not as a 12 year old when I was diagno...

If you can't see similarities between classic autism and AS then you must be blind. Please name a few "similarities" and I'll check if they apply to me. Taken from the criteria for both Autism and Asperger's syndrome: - Marked impairments in the use of multiple nonverbal behaviors such as eye-to-ey...

I just think the three monotheistic religions should be outlawed. They have no place in a civilized society. Buddhism and shinto etc are okay, but Islam, Christianity and Judaism, no thanks. I don't respect anyone who is a believer of one of the three monotheistic religions. No one is forcing you t...

I have AS but I don't view myself as autistic since I can pass as normal while an autistic person can't. I don't use the word "autism" to describe myself, ever. If anything I want to distance myself from autists and aspies who can't appear normal, as much as possible. I don't care how someone makes...
