My reasoning that it can is based on the ability of people with AS being better at turning off emotions. When one does not get emotionally attached to any securities one owns, one can make better decisions with the emotions "turned off" or "flying in formation." Therefore, I think that with sufficie...

Being motivated to work out is more important than being a member of a gym. :idea: What worked for me was working on a goal which was to pass a military fitness test. :wink:

One more thing, lose the extra weight or inches slowly and keep them off. You should also have both cardio i.e. running and weight lifting components to your workout. Several years ago, it took me about 6 months to loose about 4 inches in the waist.

You could step a little bit outside of your comfort zone and take introductory ballroom dance lessons. :idea:
