| ^ She's got legs! :lol: So delicate and graceful. They feel so neat on the skin. I've always admired spiders, and have accidentally destroyed webs to get the perfect shot of a common orb weaver. But it was the tarantula species that I held first. There's just something about them. Maybe it's similar... |

| I've held a Rosie and a Mexican Red Knee tarantula. The Red knee was strikingly beautiful and huge , but my favorite was the Rosie. It released a bunch of liquid on me after about 5 minutes on my arm. The owner told me it was the spider's version of "sweat". All I can say is it was a weird and total... |

| I don't remember exactly how old I was. I know I was still in the crib. I remember making the crib creak, and my brother saying from across the dark room "stop that". I stopped, waited, and started again more quietly. |
