| From the title I thought maybe you were referring to ophthalmic migraines, which are migraines with just the visual symptoms and no pain. I had one of those once. | Yes. But most of my headaches (always in my left eye and that side of the head) are caused from occipital neuralgia, which starts with the major nerves in the neck area.
