you could probably ask your cousin what the deal is with this chick, (like has this girl been talking trash about you behind your back?) if you want to make sure you didn't do anything wrong, but that's about it. How well do you get along with your cousin anyway? Maybe cousin was telling tales out ...

@ Shebakoby Yup, I told them I am Autistic. Didn't matter. Never did matter, no one cares if I have Autism, if I faux pas even a tiny bit, I get thrown out. They didn't tell me 'what' I did wrong, they hinted at it, and I don't understand what they were 'specifically' hinting at. What they were hin...

I'm not even wanted by one (IRL), being wanted by many (or wanting many) just doesn't compute.

I've got somewhat of an opposite problem: I can't sometimes process what I'm saying and later on I realize something I said could be taken the wrong way (and more than likely was) because of the ambiguous nature of language.

I am having such a tough time right now. I feel so alone. I'm 31 years old, and everyone I know is married with families. I want that so bad. I'm a single mom, but I want a husband and more kids and the whole nine yards. I've tried the online dating thing...wow that was a joke. One guy was a comple...

Therapists are completely useless if they do not have any specialization in dealing with adults with autism. Invariably they begin talking in circles because they don't know what to do even if they don't know you're autistic. Group therapy usually has a therapist running it. Did you ask the person r...

I don't know. Sometimes I wonder what it would be like, but then I think about all the things I'd have to take into account.

All I know is there's not a guy out there (at present) who knows me In Real Life who needs me as their "second half".

either she doesn't check her email, or she did the equivalent of what back in the day was called giving out a fake phone number (or just not answering the phone).

I have never experienced that magical sudden change that supposedly indicates transition into adulthood. You know, the supposedly requisite disinterest in all things even remotely looking like they are intended for children, from toys, stuffed animals, and certain TV shows (particularly cartoons).

I met this guy who has Asperger's I enjoy talking to him but there is conflict. Sometimes I'll ask him how he's feeling and he doesn't like to express emotions. He says that he finds our conversations uninteresting and told me to read about Asperger's and High Functioning Autism. How can someone wh...

I'm not afraid to have my picture taken; however I dislike "formal" picture-taking, as I consider it unnecessarily time-consuming and boring. Particularly if several people want pictures of a group all organized and standing, in succession.

I would certainly count this as some *sort* of betrayal, however maybe she thinks you are the traitor. guys and gals being friends at all anyway doesn't compute. Obviously she's afraid you'd developed feelings for her; maybe the BF felt threatened romantically. In any case I am of the firm belief th...

did he want you to be homeless so you would come crawling back to him or something? That's awfully fishy.
