Update. I stayed home that Monday. The laid my apprentice off. Subsequently I found out that he was suspected of taking and selling drugs on the job. So that explains all the times he was sneaking off early. I'm a little upset that they knew all this and didn't tell me. They laid me off a week later...

After spending about 6 months out of work since February; I finally got a job with a company that I had work with a few years ago. The first month working there went fairly well but, we were incredibly busy. We were working 7/12s from Halloween to Thanksgiving. After Thanksgiving I got re-assigned a...

Some of the laws and policies of information preservation may not have been in place at the time those emails where deleted. However the laws pertaining to the handling of classified information where in place at the time. Remember when Democrats demanded Scooter Libby go to jail for discussing clas...

I think the "Russian Hacker" story was made up to distract people from the content of the emails. That being said it appears that some of the email contents are being taken out of context by people overly eager to be the first to find the big scoop. As an example the email that says Hillar...

Hmm, what did Obama say about this 4 years ago? Gov. Romney, I’m glad you recognize al-Qaida is a threat, because a few months ago when you were asked what is the biggest geopolitical group facing America, you said Russia, not al-Qaida,” Obama said. “You said Russia. And the 1980s are now calling to...

He's basically saying to the other males in his presence "I'm richer the you. More famous then you. I get more women then you." Ironically this is less about subjugating women then it's about subjugating the other males listening to him. That's pretty much my read of it too, especially af...

I think in some ways that the Hillary camp pushing this issue forward is going to backfire in the same way some of the Republican attacks in the primary backfired. The problem is it focuses so much attention on Trump it sucks all the Oxygen out of the room. People focus their attention on Trump and...

There are downsides to single payer. For some people they can be pretty significant.

The grass isn't always greener elsewhere and, you could always go elsewhere rather then messing up the place you are. Not that hasn't already happened #thanksobama.

Huckaby says women from red states never drop the F bomb. Seriously, I'm not kidding. Wow, that's impressively delusional. I can see an argument for less often, or less often in polite company, but never? Has the man never been in a bar? Of course not, as he's a good fundamentalist Baptist. I went ...

I can't stand the guy, but him being crass and vulgar non-publicly 10 years ago isn't really my idea of shocking. Once again: the vulgarity is not the problem with what Trump said . It's that he bragged about sexually assaulting women and being able to get away with it because he's rich. Why is thi...

I guessing that Trump must spend a lot of time around Construction Sites with all the buildings he owns. I've heard a few female Ironworkers say worse then that on the jobsite. In fact I don't think it's legally possible to become an Ironworker unless you've grabbed someone by the p****.

I know it's not going to change anyones mind but, hasn't Trump given quite a bit of money to help these same people?
